Wedding Day Management  

The busiest time in wedding planning is the last 60 days when everything has to be finalized which is why our Wedding Day Management begins eight weeks from your wedding day. We take a much more involved approach with our WDM package attending meetings and calls with you as we solidify your wedding day plan.  On average, our days last about 12 -15 hours and your team will include up to 3 coordinators which includes your personal bridal attendant. What makes working with our team unique? It's the level of professional service and attention to detail we provide. The following is a list of  what you can expect:

• An initial meet and great and details discussion at eight weeks 

• Final venue walk through  

• Finalize your floor plan 

• Day of timeline preparation 

• Conduct your rehearsal  

• Up to three coordinators including your very own personal bridal attendant 

• Distribute and pin wedding party florals 

• Assist bridal party and family during the pre-ceremony photography timeline  

• Set up and remove personal decor items

• Coordinate vendor arrival, set up and tear down

• Participate in  your final vendor calls to wrap up details and contracts

• Prepare & coordinate event timeline with caterer, DJ, photographer and beauty team

• Assist the bridal party during the event

• Decorate the bridal suite if on premises

• Coordinate couple's to go meals (depending on catering contract)

• Deliver gifts & personal items to designated person on site

• Distribute tips & final payments

• Oversee tear down

• Post event wrap up call
